Well I’m really happy today is finally here. The Ares is up on the GW site and on Chamber 42 here (with its base, which is magnetically attached :P )  and from what I’ve seen so far most people seem to like it.

Unfortunately this will be the last update to the galleries on Chamber 42 this year. I am going to go take a long break over the holidays and start learning to play the guitar and probably play a bunch of video games and not do anything really productive (well I guess learning the guitar is productive). But it’s been a very busy last six months and I’m so ready for this break.

Take care and have a Merry Christmas or whatever you celebrate and a Happy New Year.

P.S. OH one last thing, if your going to be in the Dallas area or anywhere near the Grapevine Mills Games Workshop store, check with them in a few days to see when I might be there (probably the day after Christmas) and I’ll have the Ares and most of the newer models that have been on this site.

If you haven’t already checked out this website, Bell of Lost Souls, dedicated to everything 40k and based out of Austin Texas, then your missing out. Let me just say these guys are nuts, but the good kind of nuts that makes you want to spend way too much digging through all the stuff they have on their site. I’d sit here and list everything but there is really so much it’s just better to send you over.

However definitely check out the Warhammer 30,000: Age of Heresy codex they have put together and also the plethora of datasheets for Apocalypse (Damn you guys are fast!) I love datasheets so it’s great to see folks going with the spirit of Apocalypse and creating their own.

Anyway I was just really stoked to see the hard work these guys have done. (and trust me I know how hard this work is, but it’s just so much fun too!) Also make sure to check out their Featured Army article on Robert Hodgson’s Mordian Imperial Guard. Robert is a good friend of mine from my days back at the Grapevine Mills store in Texas and he is an awesome painter as well.

Anyway check out their site and be amazed at all the content.
